AccuLynx is the more structured roofing platform, with a production calendar, supplement tracking and multi-location setup on its Elite plan. JobNimbus is the more flexible CRM, with custom boards, automations and API access on every plan. Neither publishes prices, so you need a quote from both.
Both are production-first systems that run a roofing job from lead to final invoice. Below we compare pricing, job management, estimating, integrations and mobile using only what each company says on its own website as of October 2026. Then we show where Artemis fits: standalone sales software for everything that happens before the contract is signed.
AccuLynx fits roofing companies that want one structured system for sales, production and finance, especially larger or insurance-heavy teams. JobNimbus fits teams that want to shape the workflow themselves and move up a plan as they add users. Artemis covers the front end, from roof measurements to the signed contract.

The biggest practical difference is packaging. AccuLynx puts its production tools in the Elite plan and sells payments, financing and document automation as add-ons. JobNimbus includes estimates, payments and financing on every plan and changes the limits on boards, automations and integrations by tier. That means two quotes for the same team can cover very different things, so read the plan sheet before you compare totals.
AccuLynx does not publish prices. Its pricing page is a request form, and its plan options page says every account gets a custom quote from the sales team.
There are two plans. Both include leads and CRM, estimates and contracts, aerial measurement ordering, the mobile field app, and job cost and profit tracking. Elite adds the custom workflow manager, multiple locations, the production calendar, supplement tracking, mortgage check tracking and commissions. The Field App for iPhone, iPad and Android comes with every account, so reps can build estimates and collect signatures in the field on either plan.
Several tools sit on top of either plan as add-ons: AccuPay payments, the customer portal, document automation, text messaging, custom reporting, the crew app and API connections. List the add-ons you need when you ask for a quote so you compare like for like.
JobNimbus does not publish prices either. Its pricing page says your price depends on the plan, the number of users and the add-ons you choose.
The plans are sized by team: Essentials (up to 3 users), Pro (up to 10), Premium (up to 19) and Enterprise (20 or more). Every plan includes estimates, the mobile app (iOS and Android, works offline), invoices, payments, financing, and API and webhook access. The tiers change the limits: 3 boards on Essentials, 5 on Pro and unlimited above that, with integrations capped at 2 and 5 on the first two plans.
JobNimbus also offers a 14-day trial with no credit card, monthly or annual agreements, and does not require a paid setup or onboarding package.
Both manage the whole job after the lead comes in. The difference is structure versus flexibility.
AccuLynx gives production teams one production calendar that shows appointments, deliveries and crew schedules, plus crew scheduling, material orders and labor management. For storm and insurance work, supplement and mortgage check tracking on Elite are real strengths.
JobNimbus runs production on customizable production boards, turns estimates into work orders and converts them to material orders with QXO and SRS. You build the stages and automations yourself, which suits owners who want the software to match how they already work.
Both build estimates from aerial measurement reports ordered from partners. The estimate is only as fast as the report behind it.
AccuLynx lets you order third-party aerial measurement reports inside the job file, use your ABC Supply, QXO or SRS account pricing, set waste per line item and pick a target margin. The estimate then turns into a proposal the homeowner can sign.
JobNimbus estimates include GAF, Owens Corning, TAMKO and CertainTeed templates, supplier pricing and tiered options. Third-party aerial measurements flow into the estimate (see its measurements page), and the estimate becomes the homeowner proposal.
Both connect to ABC Supply, QXO, SRS, QuickBooks, CompanyCam and Zapier. The AccuLynx integrations page adds Sage Intacct and HailWatch. The JobNimbus integrations page adds Podium, HailTrace and Sunlight Financial.
Financing is packaged differently. AccuLynx sells AccuFi, which runs through Acorn Finance, as an add-on. JobNimbus includes financing through Wisetack on every plan.
Artemis is standalone sales software for the front end of a roofing job: measuring, presenting, financing and signing. You can run it ahead of AccuLynx or JobNimbus, or use the Artemis CRM to cover the sales side on its own. When the homeowner signs, Artemis sends the job straight into AccuLynx or JobNimbus, so production starts without retyping.
Here is what Artemis Roofing puts in front of your rep:

Artemis is not a production scheduler. If your crews, supplements and material orders live in AccuLynx or JobNimbus today, keep them there. Artemis is built to win the job; your production system runs it.
Pick based on where your company loses time or jobs.

Neither publishes prices, so there is no sticker price to compare. Request both quotes with the same user count and add-ons, since AccuLynx sells payments and financing as add-ons while JobNimbus includes them on every plan.
The AccuLynx Elite plan lists supplement tracking and mortgage check tracking, two tools built for claim work. If most of your revenue comes from claims, start there.
Yes. Reps measure, propose, finance and sign in Artemis, and signed jobs go straight into AccuLynx or JobNimbus, where your team keeps running production.
