How long does onboarding take after signing up?
Usually 24–48 hours after signing. We'll configure your portal, set up your pricing, add users, and get you ready to start quoting immediately.
What information do I need to complete the onboarding forms?
You’ll be asked for company details, logo/branding, dealer or lender credentials, preferred pricing setup, and any contract templates you want uploaded. The more information you provide upfront, the faster you’ll go live.
Can I try Artemis before committing?
Not at this time. Because every setup is customized per company, free trials aren't offered. However, a full live demo is available so you can experience the platform before deciding.
What are your support hours?
Our support hours are 9 AM–11 PM ET on weekdays, with Saturday support available from 10 AM–3 PM ET.
Are we able to customize our proposal?
Usually 24–48 hours after signing. We'll configure your portal, set up your pricing, add users, and get you ready to start quoting immediately.
Can I upload my own contract templates and configure them myself?
Yes. You can upload and edit contract templates directly inside Artemis. Dynamic fields automatically pull proposal data into the contract for seamless e-signing.

Does Artemis integrate with CRM tools like HubSpot or GoHighLevel?
Yes. Artemis provides a fully open API with integrations available for HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and many others.
Is DocuSign included?
Yes. DocuSign is built directly into Artemis, eliminating the need for a separate subscription.
Does Artemis use Green Button data?
Yes. Artemis can import actual customer energy usage from Green Button data, improving system sizing and savings accuracy.
Does Artemis also quote roofing?
Yes. Roofing replacement or repair quotes can be added directly into solar proposals, giving customers a unified project price.
How accurate are Artemis’s system outputs and savings estimates?
Very accurate—within 3–5% of post-install production. Accuracy has been validated by DNV, NREL (DOE), and Energy Trust. Artemis uses high-resolution imagery, local irradiance data, and true utility rates.
Where does Artemis get imagery?
From Nearmap, Vexcel, and other top-tier aerial imagery providers to support precise roof modeling.
Does Artemis account for local incentives or TOU rates?
Yes. Local TOU rates, incentives, and billing logic are applied automatically in the platform.
Do your savings estimates account for NEM 3 billing?
Yes. The engine fully models NEM 3, including hourly export rates and battery optimization.
Does Artemis generate shading reports or roof reports automatically?
Yes. Shading, TSRF, and roof geometry data are generated automatically using aerial imagery and AI. These can be added to proposals or downloaded separately.
Does Artemis create a roof report?
This feature is currently in development with early-access customers. It will include roof pitch, azimuths, and measurements for permitting or roofing validation.
How many users can I add to the Artemis Portal?
Unlimited. You can add as many team members as needed with customizable roles and permissions.
Is customer data secure?
Yes. All data is stored in encrypted, isolated environments that meet modern security standards.
Is Artemis available for commercial projects?
Yes. Artemis supports both residential and commercial design, with ongoing improvements focused on expanding commercial capabilities.
